Share Resurrection Hope with Families Facing Poverty

As we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus this Easter, we remember the eternal hope He offers to all of us. The resurrection was not just a historical event. It was a promise of new life, transformation and the assurance that no matter how dark things may seem, God is working to bring light and hope into our lives.

The hope of a new life in Christ is the greatest gift we could ever receive. This season, you have an opportunity to share that gift with those who need it most.

For families living in extreme poverty, life is filled with uncertainty, struggle and despair. In rural communities in Uganda, Zambia, Bolivia, Haiti and Kenya, the poor face daily challenges. They lack of access to food, healthcare and education. As a result, it’s difficult for them to even imagine a future, let alone eternal hope

When faithful Allies like you step in, offering opportunities for families to start businesses and increase their incomes, hope for the future has a chance to dawn.

In the village of Natoot in drought-prone Turkana, Kenya, generations of families faced starvation daily, making it impossible to consider life’s deeper questions or the truth that God loves them. But today, a thriving farm has transformed the community, employing hundreds of farmers and eliminating their daily battle to find food. Freed from the constant struggle to survive, they now have the time and peace to attend church on Sundays and hear God’s Word. With their physical needs met, they are now able to embrace the gospel and share the hope of the resurrection with others.

From the Mouths of Children

The Easter story is more than just a celebration. It is a beacon of hope and renewal for children and families around the world. From the miracle of Jesus’ resurrection to the new life found in Him, kids in the communities where we work find joy and inspiration in the timeless truth of Jesus’ death and resurrection.

“Easter is the day that Jesus rose from the dead. On Easter, I go to church with my parents to celebrate.” ~ Miriam

“What I know about Easter is that Jesus died for our sins. He spent three days in the tomb and came back to life. On Easter we eat a lot of food.” ~ Benard

“Easter is the day when Jesus rose from the dead. It is the day we remember that He died for our sins and celebrate!” ~ Immaculate

We invite you to watch this video to see what these precious kids love about Jesus’ resurrection.

Your Turn to Share Hope

This Easter, your gift can make a lasting difference in the lives of these families. Through our programs, we provide more than temporary relief—we share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. We equip local pastors with biblical training and empower church leaders to disciple their communities. In addition, we create safe spaces for children to learn about God’s love.

Your donation today can bring the hope of the resurrection to those trapped in dire poverty. Here’s your chance to offer not only physical help but eternal hope.

  • $50 can allow one father to join a Father’s Club, providing him with biblical instruction on how to care for his family.
  • $120 can train three pastors in rural Uganda, equipping them with a solid biblical foundation for effective preaching.
  • $550 can enroll one pastor in Bolivia’s Ministerial Development Program ($2,000 can enroll an entire church leadership team), helping them deepen their understanding of God’s Word and better serve their congregations and communities.

This Easter, let’s come together to share the eternal hope found in Jesus with those who need it most. Your generosity today will impact lives for eternity!
