Kasuba – Pray for 7-year-old Chibwe, who was recently rescued from an orphanage by her grandmother. The church-run preschool is helping her learn to read and write so she can join other children her age in primary school.
Mbabala – Pray for Everesto. He is a volunteer in “The Hammer Mill”, a joint-church project to help generate funds and support families. Everesto works as a fisherman to support his wife and children, and volunteers his time in The Hammer Mill to serve his church and community.
Mwewa – Pray for Lewis, a pastor and recent graduate of the Samfya Bible School. He is taking what he learned and now leading trainings in his home community for pastors and church leaders to benefit as well.
Samfya – Pray for Omega. She is a leader in her church, and an advocate for education. Children in her community are attending schools where classes are held outside due to overcrowding. Omega is part of a committee at her church to build a new school building in their community.
