For mothers trapped in dire poverty, even in the face of extreme hardship, their strength and love shine brightly. But, without the right tools, training and support, these mothers struggle to provide the opportunities their children need to thrive. That’s where our Hope for Eternity programs come in. They equip Christian leaders with the knowledge and resources to transform their own lives and the lives of others.

This Mother’s Day, we want to honor the strength and resilience of single moms in Bolivia. Struggling to feed their children, these mothers often face the heartbreaking decision. Should they leave them alone to work or give up their job and live in poverty. Evelyn, a single mom, found hope when her son Paul attended the Refuge of Love Child Care Center, started by one of Bright Hope’s partner churches. The center provides a safe environment, nutritious meals and education for children at risk. With this support, Evelyn has a chance to work toward a brighter future for her son.
